Firstly, open up Google Calendar and sign in. Then click on the “More” button in the top left corner of the main window (it looks like a three-line stack). This will expand the window and display several new options (Figure A).

The first option is “Groups.” If you have more than one person working on the same goal, it’s a good idea to create separate groups. This way, each member of the group can have their own individual goal progress tracking page, without cluttering up everyone else’s calendar. Click on the link next to “Groups” to open up the Groups settings page (Figure B).
