The Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has said that Google had undertaken their demands regarding antimonopoly law by removing signs of violations from Google Play.
Referencing a Russian pre-independence news outlet , the Russian Antimonopoly Service says that Google removed signs of violations of antimonopoly law in their Google Play service.

One of the warnings, in addition to removing the ban on alternative payment methods, was properly informing developers about changes. The FAS concluded that the company had followed the warning- by properly informing developers- based on the results of their assessment.
